To Do Green is an innovative company in sustainable logistics, focused on reducing the environmental impact of transportation and delivery in Brazil. Beyond environmental commitment, To Do Green integrates ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices into its business model. This includes social initiatives like mentorship and career opportunities for underprivileged youth, fostering inclusive workforce development alongside ethical operations.
The project
The ToDo app is To Do Green's next step: combining sustainable logistics with a mission to promote healthy habits and create equitable job opportunities. This app is the MVP for a food delivery app that partners with restaurants and food shops/grocery stores committed to low environmental impact and transparent, ethical operations.
Taking the relevance of transparency and sustaitability for the business, we designed the user/consumer journey to be flexible and clear: total ingredient transparency, many dietary options and clear comunication on how partners and drivers are paid. As for the partners interface we designed the dashboard with the same approach: with clear and transparent communication about prices and fees, many options to build flexible meals for different diets and a positive and assertive tone on UX writing that reinforces the importance of transparency for the ecosystem.
